“We recommend SCS as it
provides a desktop security layer without a burdening support
problem. One such example worth noting is its ability to apply
different polices based on its location e.g.: In the office apply a
relaxed policy (trust the network printer): Out of office apply
strong policy (paranoid) and do NOT trust any connection. SCS offers the
ability to mitigate a series of desktop threats other than just
virus and malicious code and we have noted its origins as a
traditional ‘remote user’ only usage, has now evolved to full
internal network users as well.” |
